Earlier this year, I (along with so many others), were planning to attend the Microsoft 365 Collaboration Conference in Las Vegas. As we’re all aware, the pandemic changed those plans. Thankfully all is not lost!
The conference has gone virtual this year, from December 9-11, 2020 and includes both breakout sessions and workshops. I’m excited to present both a single breakout session as well as a half-day workshop.
While breakout sessions are free, the workshops are $199, but if you use the code CONNELL at checkout, you’ll save $25!
Half-day workshop: Developers! Learn how to use the SharePoint Framework to customize and extend SharePoint
The best way you can customize and extend your SharePoint site is using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), the latest evolution of SharePoint development. This model is the way you customize and extend the modern experience in SharePoint.
In this workshop, you’ll learn what the SharePoint Framework is & how to get started installing everything you need on your workstation to start building. Then you’ll learn how to build web parts and customize the user experience with extensions.
I’ve got a special offer for those who register for my workshop. If a half-day workshop leaves you wanting to learn more about the SharePoint Framework, you’re in luck!
For those who attend the workshop, I’ll apply the cost of the workshop towards the enrollment of any bundle in my Mastering the SharePoint Framework. I’ll share the details how to take advantage of this deal during the workshop.
Session: Get Microsoft 365 Developer certified - your on-ramp to the MS-600 exam
Microsoft introduced the “Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Application Developer Associate” certification in late 2019 for developers working in the M365 ecosystem. To achieve this certification, you must pass the MS-600 “Building Applications and Solutions with Microsoft 365 Core Services” exam. If you’re interested in achieving the M365 developer certification, this session is for you! In this session, you’ll learn what the MS-600 will test you on and what topics you need to know.
Join me, someone worked closely with Microsoft in creating the certification, and I’ll share tips and resources that you can use to get ramped up on topics that might not be your strong suit. Attend this session and you’ll walk away with a plan on how to pass the MS-600 exam and achieve the “Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Application Developer Associate” certification!
