I’m excited to share three big announcements!

Earlier this year, we announced new payment options and introducing payment plans for students of our courses.

New Payment Options, Payment Plans & Expanded Office Hours

Discover new payment options (Apple Pay, Google Pay, and payment plans) and expanded access to Andrew’s monthly office hours for Microsoft 365 developers.

New Payment Options, Payment Plans & Expanded Office Hours

That announcement added support for three new options:

  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Payment plans via Afterpay

That built off the existing payment options we supported, including:

  • credit card
  • invoice
  • ach
  • wire transfers
  • company check (mailed via UPS or FedEx)

This month, we’re excited to add the following options:

  • Additional payment plans via Klarna
  • Purchase Power Parity (PPP)

Payment plans by Klarna

In addition to Afterpay, we now support payment plans from Klarna! Klarna is similar to Afterpay offering various “pay later” options including varying length installments. But unlike Afterpay, Klarna determines what options are best for each customer by running a credit check. The credit check is completely handled by Klarna, not by Voitanos.

In addition, another benefit Klarna brings to the table is support for higher limits, making it a great option for developers enrolling our Microsoft Teams AppDev Accelerator program!

Refer to Afterpay & Klarna for which countries are supported.

Purchasing Power Parity (PPP)

I greatly enjoy teaching fellow full-stack developers, helping them enhance their skills to become more valuable to their companies or secure a new role.

It energizes me when I see the “ah-ha!” lightbulb 💡 moment as we unlock something new, and that’s what had me change my career years ago to focusing on education and selling self-paced courses on my site, which cover topics related to Microsoft 365 development, such as the SharePoint Framework.

However, I’ve faced a challenge: our course prices aren’t affordable for those in countries with significantly different and unfavorable exchange rates compared to the US dollar. I tried offering a blanket discount, but it wasn’t enough for some people.

I firmly believe that varying market rates and salaries between our countries shouldn’t hinder your ability to learn. So, I’ve been thinking about how to address this issue.

I’m excited to announce that Voitanos now supports Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) for over 150 countries! We offer discounts ranging from 30-60% off Voitanos’ self-paced courses!

Important: Purchasing Power Parity (PPP)
Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) is a conversion rate that compares the amount of money required to buy the same goods and services in different countries. It equalizes the purchasing power of different currencies by eliminating differences in price levels between countries.

Whether you live in Belize, Brazil, Bangladesh, Bhutan, or any other country (not necessarily starting with a “B” 🤣), and want to start your Microsoft 365 development journey, check our PPP page linked below.

Learn more if your country is supported and how much you can save off our courses on our dedicated Purchase Power Parity page.
